Mounting templates

Mounting templates are essential tools for ensuring precision, repeatability, and efficiency in industrial assembly processes.

Gambini Meccanica manufactures mounting templates for rack bars designed to guarantee correct alignment during installation and to optimize the accuracy of the transmission system. They are developed according to the modules and geometries of the racks, ensuring ease of use and reduced assembly time.

The mounting templates are made of C45 steel with induction hardening (55–58 HRC), burnishing and a ground surface, available with either helical or straight toothing. Supplied for modules from 2 to 6, they ensure fast installation, reduced errors, and maximum repeatability during assembly.
