Helical pinion shafts are designed for transmission systems that require high precision, smooth operation, and reduced vibration.
Gambini Meccanica manufactures helical pinion shafts with integrated shaft, designed for linear transmission systems requiring high precision and continuous motion.

The pinions are made of 20MnCr5 steel with case hardening treatment (60 HRC) and a ground finish, featuring helical toothing to reduce noise and wear. Available in quality grade 6e24, they cover modules from 1.5 to 6, ensuring reliability and consistent performance over time.
