Linear guide racks

Linear guide racks are key components in rack and pinion linear transmission systems, where precise control of motion along long axes is required.

Gambini Meccanica manufactures high-precision linear guide racks, designed for handling applications that require high rigidity and accurate positioning.
The racks are made of SAE1141 steel with induction-hardened teeth (56–60 HRC) and a ground finish, featuring helical toothing to ensure smoother and quieter operation. They are available in the 200H and 210H series with quality grade 6, 90° or 180° drilling, and modules 2, 3, and 4.
