Protective oil treatment

Before packaging, every product is treated with a special protective oil. This technical measure reduces contact with air and helps prevent corrosion, a real risk when working with precision metal components. It provides a crucial first layer of protection, especially for international shipments or extended storage periods.

Rack Packaging

Ground racks are packed in flexible plastic bags that perfectly fit their length and shape. This type of packaging creates a barrier against moisture and environmental agents. Afterwards, the racks are placed in fire-resistant wooden boxes or on sturdy pallets, ensuring stability during handling and resistance to shocks.

Pinion Packaging

The pinions are wrapped in plastic or industrial paper wraps designed to protect the toothed surface from abrasion, dust, and accidental scratches. The goal is to preserve their dimensional accuracy, preventing any alteration that could compromise the efficiency of the transmission system.
